The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app: shake your phone anywhere in Urja, or go to Profile → Send Feedback. Device details are attached automatically so we can help faster.
You can also email [email protected] directly.
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Urja and review access for HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep. Allow only the categories you are comfortable sharing. New watches may need a few nights of data before a baseline forms.
No. Urja works fully with an Apple Watch alone. When connected, Urja can use Oura readiness as its readiness source.
Scanned photo PDFs may not contain readable text. You can tap a marker in the Labs tab and enter the value manually. If you report a parser problem, do not email an unredacted lab report; share only the minimum redacted details needed to reproduce the issue.
Ask Urja chat requires an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone running iOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence available and enabled. The Ask tile remains visible on other supported devices and opens an explainer with the relevant requirement. Urja still shows its standard deterministic Morning Briefing. If you turned Apple Intelligence features off in Profile, the explainer tells you where to turn them back on.
When an update adds new data types (for example, date of birth for age-adjusted VO₂ max scoring), iOS shows the sheet once more for just those types.
Urja has no Urja accounts, analytics SDK, or third-party trackers, and the app does not send your health data to Urja servers. Cloudflare processes routine website request metadata, and Apple may provide TestFlight diagnostics and aggregate usage metrics during the beta. See the privacy policy for the full distinction.
